Our classes cater to all levels of fitness. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga, cycle to Pilates, there’s a class suited for everyone. Expert instructors lead each session through challenging yet rewarding workouts designed to sculpt bodies and sharpen minds.

Group Fitness Full Class List
Glutes & Core
A class devoted entirely to the two areas of the body we work so hard to tighten – Glutes and Core. In this class you will tone these areas with some of the toughest firming, sculpting, and lifting exercises.
Lift
A full-body workout using weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.
Power Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa is a challenging flow of postures connected with breath. You will build integrity, awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance.
Pilates Mat
This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We will utilize the magic circle, TheraBand, small ball, discs, and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion.
Vinyasa Flow
This class is designed for those looking for simplified Vinyasa practice. There will be yoga sequences/flows, all with easy-to-follow transitions through the poses. Just because the flows will be more basic in nature, it does not mean this class will be easy! Simple challenge is the name of the game in this class. This class provides a safe and non-judgmental environment for all students to explore and learn the vast benefits of yoga.
Power Cycle
Roll over hills, climb mountains, break away from the peloton and sprint your way into low impact cardiovascular fitness. If your goal is cross training, building endurance and overall fitness this low-impact, high intensity class is for you.
Cycle Beats
It’s all about riding to the beat and the music! High energy, a little choreography, and a lot of fun. While it’s not your typical cycling class, you will climb hills, sprint, increase your endurance and get your cardio on!
Lift
A full-body workout using weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit. Build muscle mass and rev up your metabolism through focused technical strength training.
Tighten & Tone
The goal of Tighten and Tone is to improve overall body composition, with an emphasis on sculpting and defining your muscles. Inspired by Barre, Pilates Mat & Dance, this low-impact strength class will leave you feeling the burn!
HIIT
(High Intensity Interval Training) The ultimate athletic cardiovascular and strength challenge. Using simple athletic moves, dumbbells, steps, kettlebells and more, this total body workout will take your fitness to the next level.
Rebel Groove
REB3L® GROOVE uses hard hitting, easy to follow, bold choreography set to powerful & inspiring music resulting in a HIIT style empowering dance fitness format.
Lift/HIIT Combo
The best of both worlds. Functional low impact strength training mixed with just the right amount of cardio.
All Levels Reformer
A low-impact workout that will help you feel strong and achieve your goals. Not only does it help create toned, lean bodies, but it also addresses muscle imbalances, improves posture and alignment.
GAGE
Group. Athletic. Growth. Experience. In this 45-minute circuit style trainer led class. Your workouts will split evenly between cardiovascular exercise and strength training. With the use of heart rate monitoring technology to ensure individuals are working at the appropriate intensity for their fitness level. These classes are designed to foster a sense of community and support among participants and can be modified for all fitness levels.
Yin Yoga
The ultimate in Zen. A slow-paced, passive yoga class that focuses on stretching and relaxing the body’s connective tissues. Classes are suitable for all levels, especially those looking to improve flexibility.
